My room was clean and tidy, a real plus. The bathroom included a double shower. It felt luxurious. The whole room shone with cleanliness, something I REALLY appreciate.

Our "Standard Double Room" faced an alley, so natural light was nonexistent. The noise from what I assume was the kitchen fan ran all night. Sleep was difficult. I needed to request towels, since the room lacked them upon arrival. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The shower had noticeable mildew.

The location is fantastic! all shops, bars, eateries and tourist attractions are just steps away. new street train station is a quick two minute walk. It's direct from the airport. the staff were also really lovely, and i even got an early check-in.

There are many dining options nearby. Bars, restaurants, and eateries are very close! the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant. however, plenty of choices are nearby for a quick bite or a relaxed meal.

The location is very convenient to the station. I exited the station onto New Street and found the hotel almost directly across the street. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also free wifi available..
The room had very poor signage. I found it difficult to locate my room upon arrival. This made accessing my room more challenging. There was no USB socket available in the room..
